The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) coordinates with the provinces and the local levels to reduce the dengue infection.
In a high-level meeting on Wednesday with Chief Secretary Shankar Das Bairangi present, the Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration, and the Health Department, it was discussed how to prevent and control dengue infection.
According to Ministry Spokesperson Sanjay Kumar Thakur, the conference determined that the Health Ministry will collaborate and assist with the provinces and local levels to reduce dengue.
They also resolved to organize the distribution of educational audio and video information through various media in order to increase the "search and kill mosquito larva" campaign, identify the disease, raise awareness and providing the treatment accordingly.
